The State of Alabama Revenue Department administers the City of Trussville Sales and Use taxes. These taxes are due and payable by the 20th of the month next succeeding the month of collection, and should be remitted to the Alabama Department of Revenue.

Rental taxes are due and payable to the City of Trussville by the 20th of the month next succeeding the month of collection.
An amount equal to 3% of gross lodging revenues, due and payable to the City of Trussville by the 20th of the month next succeeding the month of collection.
An amount equal to 10% of gross liquor purchases, due and payable to the City of Trussville by the 20th of the month nex succeeding the month of purchases.
An amount equal to .07 per liter of wine distributions, due and payable to the City of Trussville by the 20th of the month next succeeding the month of distribution.
